Robert Ganter Contractors, Inc. provides a full-line of services that protects your building envelope from your foundation to the overburden green roof and everything in between.  We have the ability to install many exterior systems on your building to protect it from damage.

Waterproofing

Waterproofing is one of the most important parts to building a structure.  Robert Ganter Contractors, Inc is experienced in doing it right the first time to prevent structural damage to the building.  We have experience in under slab, blindside, foundation, horizontal, vertical, plaza deck and tunnel waterproofing.

We are approved to install many systems of waterproofing including:

  • Fluid Applied Membranes

  • Self Adhering Sheet Membrane

  • Bituminous and Thermoplastic Sheet Membranes

  • Rubberized Asphalt Membranes

Wall Systems

We are able to create a watertight wall system by installing many air and vapor barrier flashings to your exterior walls to prevent and moisture from entering the building.  We have the ability to custom fabricate all metal flashings in our 10,000 square foot sheet metal shop.

When your walls are fully watertight we can then provide your walls with many different types of coverings including:

  • Composite Wall Panels

  • Corrugated Metal Panels

  • Insulated Metal Panels

  • Specialty Wall Systems

Low Slope Roofing

Whether you need a new roof or roof replacement we will provide you with the best result for your roofing system.  We are approved by many of the leading manufacturers and have the training to install many different roofing systems.

Some of our roofing systems include:

  • TPO & PVC- Thermoplastic systems are highly reflective and exceptionally UV resistant that can be attached fully adhered or mechanically attached.

  • EPDM- Rubberized systems prove to be strongly weather resistant and can stand great amounts of stress.  EPDM can be installed fully adhered, mechanically attached or ballasted.

  • Modified Bitumen- Modified Bitumen can be applied either by SBS or APP systems.  SBS is similar to rubber which could be put down in hot asphalt, cold adhesive or torch down.  APP is more of a thermoplastic which always is torched down.

  • Build Up Roofing- Oldest system of the low slope roofing which applied layers of material built within an asphalt membrane.  Cap sheet can be gravel, white cap, or a coating.

  • Metal Roofing- There is many types of metal roofing systems that can be applied to roofs.  We are trained and experienced in a majority of systems whether they are pre-fabricated systems or shop fabricated systems.

  • Green Roofing-The future of roofing involves the installation of the overburden of a landscape vegetation system that helps the environment and generations to come.

Steep Slope Roofing

When if comes to installing a step slope system, Robert Ganter Contractors will provide you quality installation.  We also specializes in Historical Restoration which will provide you with the historical look and installation that you are looking for.

Robert Ganter Contractors, Incoperates their own 10,000 square foot sheet metal facility which gives them a competitive advantage over local contractors.  We can fabricate many different types of metal from copper to aluminum to fit your buildings needs.Our custom sheet metal will make your building finish individual from others and aesthetically pleasing.
